Whats the big deal about Swine Flu, apart from the fact that its a west originated phenomenon sweeping the globe.
Ok, its highly contagious, fine, but we have faced even deadlier flus in the past like Chickunguniya, Dengue and the like, which had created far more mortalities than this new flu. Dont get me wrong, I fully realize the potential hazards of this possible pandemic. But i just get the feeling that this seems to be a over reaction and panicking, instead of exercising restraint and being careful.
1200 global deaths as of now is nothing compared to the flu related mortalities in our country. The figures suggest something else..
Maybe this is a ploy by Pharma companies to boost their soon-to-be-developed vaccines ...
The media should restrain itself from creating panic!!
Hope the Flu doesnt add to the woes of the economy and the people!!

Well...
the problem here is about pregnance womans and people who have some problems to breath.
BUT... i agree with u that is not to creat panic, BUT we have to be carefull. The things who we have to do is SOOO EASY... WHYYY people dont do?!?!
i hope it pass soon and everything come back to be ok!
